I have a question about How do I stop a program from running whenever I start Windows?:

In Windows 98 it was: 'Start', 'Programs', 'Accessories', 'System Tools', 'System Information' and then the 'Start Up' tab. One could then uncheck any programs that were not wanted. There are no check boxes in 2000 following the same route. What's the solution, please?
