I have a question about Windows Installer Appears Every Time I Start an Application:

I have a similar problem, except that, in this case, I recently uninstalled several software programs. Now, everytime I reboot my computer, a Windows Installer window opens, closes, opens again, and then reboots my computer. Does anyone have any suggestions? This occurs even if I open to Safe Mode.
