I have a question about What to do about a Page-fault, Illegal operation, or Fatal exception Error:

I have recently began having a problem during boot up where a blue screen flashes quickly ( no chance to see what it says) and the system boots again. This problem continues in an ongoing loop. I decided to run setup/repair windows. This works and the system boots normally. However when I shut down the problem reappears. I would appreciate any insight into this problem.
