Can ping but no show in Network Neighborhood

I have a question about Connect to a Windows XP or 2000 system with a Windows 95, 98, or Me system over a Network:

Hello! I just installed Windows 2000 Advanced Server in my computer which is connected to more than 30 computers in a LAN. It could ping all the computers and the other computers can ping mine but my computer does not show in their Network Neighborhood and their computers do not show in my Network Neighborhood. All the workgroups, usernames and passwords are fine. My computer was working fine when it had Windows NT installed. Now that I replaced it with Windows 2000, we can't see each other anymore in the Network.

Please give me suggestions on how to fix this. Thanks!
