More Keyboard Shortcuts

Windows 2000 Annoyances Discussion Forum

If you have a Windows key on your keyboard (located between Ctrl and Alt), more useful shortcuts present themselves:

Windows Key + E:  Opens Explorer
Windows Key + R:  Opens the Run dialog
Windows Key + D:  Shows the desktop
Windows Key + M:  Minimises all windows
Windows Key + F:  Shows the Find Files dialog
Windows Key + Ctrl + F  Shows the Find Computers dialog
Windows Key + Pause/Break  Shows System Properties
Windows Key + Tab  Cycles through applications (Enter will select)

Note that the D and M shortcuts differ in that M does not minimise modal windows...
