Can SEE the other Computer, but can't connect.

I have a question about Both computers see each other, only one connects:

I have a wireless connection through a Siemens router. Computer A and Computer B (on wireless) see each other on the network. (no domain, using 'WORKGROUP' - basic set up, etc). Everything is shared, and set up the same way. Computer A can read Computer B's shared drives. Computer B sees Computer A, but when I try to connect it fails. Other times, Computer B can't even open 'WORKGROUP' and see any computers, including itself. All the while, I pull through the internet just fine, so I know the wireless connection is not the problem (report good signal strength too). Help please!
