I have a question about Limit Access to Users:

Hello, I am trying to set up a Lan connection with 6 desktop computers, I have done all the required settings since I am aware of networking, what I wanted to know is how can I restrict users to certain task when using windows 2000 as the operating system and also what are all the things I can restrict, any help will be appreciated.
