Question about 'Customize Context Menus' - How to Remove Items from Right Click Menu?

I have a question about Customize Context Menus:

After uninsalling AVIcodec, the right click menu for folders and desktop icons such as the recycle bin still lists the item "Browse with AVIcodec". How do I remove this item from the context menus?
