Question about 'Dealing with Bad Memory (RAM)'

I am having a very hard time with my memory. I keep getting memory full on a regular
basis. I am unable to get any answers from the web-site as it will not connect me
with any e-mail or phone numbers. Does anyone know what I need to do to increase
my memory? Obviously, I am not a computer wizard.
