It's not GStartup.Ink but GStartup.lnk (lnk with an L as in Look). It should be in your startup folder (C:\Documents and Settings\\Start Menu\Programs\Startup). If you delete it your problem should be solved (assuming that you deleted the program that installed the Gator software).
