Question about 'Customize Context Menus'

I have a question about Customize Context Menus:

I have Windows 2000 Professional and when I right click a folder or drive and choose properties from the context menu nothing happens. I am trying to fix it, but I can't figure it out. By the way properties works for individual files.

Is this happening on a fresh install of Win2K, or on an upgraded system? Also, if you haven't already, go to "windowsupdate.microsoft.com" and install the latest updates, this might be a quirk addressed by one of the Win2K service packs.
