Question about 'Use Dial-Up Networking over a LAN'

HI My intranet contains 3 PCs, all of them using Windows 2000 OS, (PIIIs), and of about 2 days ago, it's been impossible for me to upload any data of a larger size to the internet from my client computers. The server works great (the one with a modem that directly connects to the ISP). It's been impossible to even send emails that exceed 2 phrases, because it won't upload the page. This isn't a mail provider problem, because it's being doing the same thing on yahoo, hotmail and so on..., and also the 2 client computers can't upload pictures to the internet. But the server's just fine. My PCs are having a static IP in the intranet, using the 192.168.0.1-192.168.0.255 private network, and the server is set up as gateway and first DNS for the other two, it's IP being 192.168.0.1. I don't think that it's a OS problem, because it wouldn't had happened to both client computers at the same time. If someone could help me, it would be great! Thank you

Sound like perhaps a misconfiguration with whatever gateway software your using, wingate etc. First thing I'd look at is if the "Quota" is enabled and config. to only allow so much upload per download or so similar.

Thanks. Could you help me by giving a little detail about where to find the "Quota" settings? and maybe what they should be set to.

I see that the gateway and the IP of one of the clients is the same or at least within the same range, 192.168.0.1 - check this first, else - well, i dunno.
