I have a question about Turn Off the PC-Speaker:

I have the opposite problem. I need to turn it on. The PC speaker (nor the sound card) does not play the VBA Beep command and I want to hear a short sound without having to put on head phones

Turning on the pc speaker, hmmm...check the device manager. See if a device "System Speaker" is listed...
