However I have this wonderful program that tweaks settings in Windows you wouldn't get to without serious registry hacking. It does whatever TweakUI doesn't. And it's free! No nags! Go to the section on Deleting the recycle bin, it also shows how to edit the registry to get it back on the desktop.
