Comment about a dead link in Getting Wake On Lan (sometimes called Remote Wake Up) to work:

Just wanted to mention that AMD apperantly moved the magic packe util to another place:
www.amd.com/us-en/assets/content_type/utilities/magic_pkt.exe
Ofcourse they may have moved it again in the meantime. From the amd.com homepage, it could be found by choosing :

support->utilities, drivers, ...->Networking->PC Net Family->PC Net Magic Packet utility.
