This macro doesn't do what it is supposed to do in Word. When you arrange multiple
documents, it opens them in full screen with no toolbars. The "windows in toolbars"
function controls toolbars for individual documents at the bottom of the window.
It does not enable tiling of documents in Word as far as I can see.
