I can absolutely say that this artcile was the most helpful, well written article I have came across in my 14 years of computing. This problem has plagued me and my coworkers for a long time. After applying your solution, all of our problems were resolved at once. You just do not know how great it is to have this ongoing issue finally resolved. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

This information is readily available on Microsoft's support site and you should have been able to find it there. Why? Because you've paid MS for this product.
