Download the driver from www.pctel.com. Unzip the zip file into a folder on the desktop. Then go into device manager, then uninstall pci device. Then go into phone and modems , then select add new modem. Select don't detect my modem. Click next, then click have disk, then locate the folder. Click mdmchipv.inf, then click ok. Click next, then click HSP micromodem 56. Then click com port x where x is the com port number. Click next to install the modem.
