MSI Fuzzy Logic 3 incompatibility

Fuzzy Logic 3, which is bundled with MSI motherboards works fine with 95/98/ME but
it is incompatible with Win 2K, so I cannot use it for overclocking.
Is there version out there which will run under Win 2K?
