You probably need to run a bios upgrade, I would suggest that then an inplace repair
of windows. If you need further instructions on an inplace, please email me.

Hello, Can you please let me know how to troubleshoot restart problem I am having with windows XP. When I select restart monitor goes black however, the computer still running. Then I have to unplug the power cord. On the other hand, the shutdown and logoff selection works fine. Can you please let me know how to fix this problem. Thanks
