You can download one from microsoft (get the XP one - it works with Win2K)
Somewhere on here there has been posted the location - I'm too lazy before my morning
coffee to look it up for you but do a search it will turn up

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I have been all over the net looking for an easier
solution to my system tray problem besides messing with the registry editor. Downloading
msconfig for XP worked beautifully with my 2000. It was quick and easy. Thank you!
