I encontered and interesting problem with the office 2000 suite. One of the people 
here we upgraded with Office 2000 from Office 97. Everything has worked except that 
when she tries to open a word document the program launches then immediately minimizes. 
Has anyone seen this. Anyone know what is the fix?

What is happening is the folder that contains the document comes to the forefront of the screen. This ends up putting the word program behind the folder. This does not impede functionality, it just bugs the heck out of the user. Any ideas?
