I have a question about Can't access some websites while using a shared PPPoE connection:

When i try to run either IPCONFIG or PING, the results screen flickers on and off so quickly it's unreadable. How do I slow it down?

Try opening a DOS prompt or Command prompt window and then try running the commands... ( if no one's already told you )...
