How do I completely remove Windows 2000 Pro from a computer with Win 98 and a dual boot option? The file system is still FAT32 Win2K has not worked out and I want to remove it completely and revert solely to 98

To remove W2k totally firstly is it installed on another Partition? If so just format 
the partition with W2k stored on it. Need any more info email me

I am trying to reformat my hard drive after loading win 2k, but I get an error saying there is a process using the c: drive and it can format. i have tried using windows, from the dos prompt and running format c: using the run dialoge box....Help
