Do this, but it only works if your file system is NTFS.
It keeps windows from recreating the Outbreak Express files on your system.
1. Explore to c:\Program Files\Outlook Express
2. Right click -> Properties (of the folder) -> Security (tab) -> highlight System
(in the list of users)
3. Select No Access (permiss.)
4. Now you can delete the contents of the folder (DON'T delete the folder itself).
5. Delete c:\winnt\system32\dllcache\msimn.exe.
That's it. You'll have an empty folder called Outlook Express, but the program will
ber gone and your system will be that much safer.
