I keep getting a msg pop up on screen displaying that my windows files are going to be changed & to keep stability etc I should insert my Win2000 cd & overite the attempt!...The problem is that I only have a 'backup' copy of Win2000 which isnt recognised here! And so to get rid of the msg..I have to accept the changes!..I am worried that this could be doing some serious damage to my PC!!??..Can anyone shed any light on this matter???

Go to micro$oft's knowledge base and look for this article:Q222473. I shows you how to stop the WFP/SFC checker.
