I am having the same problem, but I do not think it has anything to do with Norton,
because the problem happened before I put Norton Utilities on my system, as a matter
of fact I put Norton on to try and fix it, LOL! I think it might have something
to do with an older version conflict, but not sure. If you found a solution can
you please let me know.

I'm getting the same error. I've used Systemsuite for a long time, and have run
it successfully since the last update. There is nothing that I am aware of being
done to my system that could possibly affect this, and I am the only one that uses
it. It appears that the error is due to some kind of InternetExplorer file, but
the MXUIShell file that gets dropped on the desktop when SystemSuite crashes (you
can read it if you convert to a text file) is a little confusing, as none of the
file types that correspond to that extension make sense. If anyone finds other information
please let me know, and I will do the same. Christian.

I can tell you right now that it has nothing to do with the file in which the access
violation points to (MXAV.DLL). My problem was found in the temporary files of microsoft
internet explorer. What you need to do is when system suite does it's cleanup, look
at the bottom of that cleanup window and watch to see what folder file it haults
at. Mine kept stopping at the temp file folder of the internet explorer. I went
to it and found that I had 2 folder directories of microsoft internet explorer/temporary
files and the one folder that was out of place had a corrupt web page file with no
icon to represent it. Another words, system suite could not see what to do with
it so it haulted. I also could not delete it. I had to drag it off the window of
my file manager on to the desktop and then drag it into the recylce bin. That was
the only way I could delet it and then everything worked properly. Hope this helps.
Good luck.

I'm having basically the same problem with systemsuite 4.0 (WindowsXP is my OS).
Unfortunately, I cannot drag the offending file (or any of the folders in its' directory)
to my desktop, much less the recycle bin. Any ideas on how to get rid of this?
