I have a question about Get Rid of Irritating Splash Screens:

I just recently upgraded my OS to Windows 2000 from 98SE. With 98SE I was able to change out Microsoft's boot/Start Up splash screen and place my own bitmap in its place. However the program I was using to do that does not work in 2000. Can anyone help with telling me how I can accomplish the same with each of the two start up logo splash screens that 2000 processes before it opens?
