Question about myIntel Graphics Technology driver problem, I NEED HELP!

I (stupidly) thought I would make my graphics better by changing something in my
Intel Graphics Technology folder (in the control panel). It now made all of my graphics
choppy and only uses a few colors now. So, I've tried to go back to put it back the
way it was and the computer won't let me open the Intel Graphics Tech. file. The
message it gives me reads, "The driver for Control Panel Applet is not currently
running or is not available." I've tried shutting down and restarting, to no avail.
Can anyone out there help me? I'd really appreciate the help.

Has your problem been resolved? I am getting the same error message, however I never
changed anything. My graphics appear fine, except I am unable to use one of my programs
which has alot of graphics in it. That program won't even run, so if anyone can help,
I would greatly appreciate it! Looks like maybe I need to reinstall a driver????
Thanks, Jeane

My friend had the same issue with Windows XP machine. I suggested him to reinstall
video driver. Hope this may work for you too. Thank you.
