Management console

OK well im trying to manage my own computer as an administator so therfore i have
made myself an Administative account and my brother a power user.
Ive been messing with the Microsfot management console via run mmc and i am trying
to hide certain things from the GUI of my brothers account for example 'my computer
icon' from the desktop. This is successful and does get rid of the icon and then
i can therefore get rid of other certain things like the run from the start menu.
However, This also happens to my account.
This is the problem. If anyone could please help me and tell me how to do this by
only effecting the other account (brother's - power user account) i would be very
very very grateful.
Thanks!
