Question about 'Customize the Start Menu Button'

I have a question about Customize
the Start Menu Button:
ok, i understood to change all that with hex. the question is now that my windows
language is korean (sorry, i can't find english version of win2k. i got win95 english
but i'm not using that) how do i find it? i have searched it, and it still doesn't
show. maybe it's still
'start'? TClock has korean yet so i have to hex it.
please help :)
