What is ''Firewall Client Connectivity Monitor''?

When I came into work this morning I noticed a new icon in the system tray. When
I open it up, a "Firewall Client Options" window pops up. Firewall client is enabled,
and apparently this program is connecting to one of the local servers here.
So I started snooping around to find out more about this program. In the StartUp
menu there is a new program called "Firewall Client Connectivity Monitor." Does
anyone have any idea what is the purpose of this program? Is it a local firewall?
Something to monitor internet usage? Any ideas?
Thanks!

I'd ask your local friendly desktop support person. Something tells me they're the
ones that distributed it to your PC.
