there is a program i use called "startupCPL" search for it on google or downloads.com
its very usefull for selecting and managing what you want to load up when windows
loads

Go to Windows Help and display "Starting Programs Automatically." Read the instructions
for how to make a program start automatically and you should be able to deduce how
to do the reverse.
