Forcing one map for all users

I have a Win2000 Pro computer used for public access in our company. The keyboard in front of this machine is french. In the company, some users use a french keyboard and others a US keyboard and they all have a roaming profile. How can I force the system to set the keyboard mapping to french only on this machine, regardless of the keymap present in the users profile ?

The best way to handle this situation is to insist that all users start using US keyboard maps since french suques. Hope this helps.
