I keep trying to log on to my computer and it tell me that my password is incorrect and I know it is not. How can I get on to my computer and fix the password problem?? Thank You

1) Switch off Caps Lock. 2) Check password by typing it in the login_ID box. Possibly one key is broken on the keyboard?
