There is no winnt\system\system32... System32.exe is a backdoor virus. Find a computer to download F-Prot or another anti-virus which can be run from a floppy. Set to factory and redo from start if necessary. CMOS battery could also be weak. 2) Re-seat your RAM. Low-grade budget RAM, or faulty RAM ? can cause headaches; more so with two CPUs (timing issues). My error code was 16, but same file, ntkernlmp.exe I made two 2000 boot discs off images before I found this thread. Worked fine.
