hello, it's me again with another problem. I tried to install an anti-virus and I got the message: Unable to install installshield scripting runtime. I was told to install Isscript. msi file. I did that and now I get the message: ERROR 1327: Invalid Drive: H:/ Needless to say that I'm getting very frustrated. I found sites that explain how to fix this but I don't understand half of it. I need someone that knows how to fix it and can explain step by step like if I was 12 years old. Please help!!!!!!!! Thank you for any help that you can give me. Chantal

You need to follow some steps in the registry and delete Drive: H:/ entry from there and restart the system and try to install.... HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\Personal HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders\Personal
