I have a question about Customize Your Keyboard Mapping:

I cannot find information about how to get my Alt+F to drop-down the File menu, but only when in MS Word. When I press "Alt+" any of the other underscored letters, the respective drop-down menus appear. Please advise me as to what preference or default may be responsible for this lost function. Thank you.
