Question about 'Use True-Color Icons'

This doesn't work for 32-bit icons, as Win 2000 can't cope with the extra alpha channel in the icon, whereas 24-bit is ok (someone please correct me). I take it that there is absolutely no way to get 32-bit icons to display properly in windows 2000 without the rough edges... now *that* would be useful.
