Question about 'Customize the Start Menu Button'

hello i have windows 2000, and i was wondering if somebody had the windows XP flag
logo on the start menu before the word "start" i was wondering how to change it to
my windows 2000 taskbar looks like the windows XP taskbar in classic mode, with the
brighter icon. please and thank you all for your time
