anyways, microsoft latley is being really gay with it's windows XP only stuff, so
I'm wondering, how do you fake being Windows XP if your running Win2k?
I want to install a lot of the XP only Media player themes and all that but some
marketing tycoon obviousley hates older versions of windows.

I have XP, it lasted about 20 seconds on my computer, and was promptley unistalled.
XP is bassicaly windows for idiots, and is the exact same OS as 2k except it's MUCH
slower in almost everything it does, if anything (i think) XP is a downgrade from
2k.

Well win2k is NOT the same as XP..
XP is like a auto tran. in your car and win2k is like a 4 speed tran. in your car
or truck...(more control )
Win2k can be as fast as XP and some times faster it's all in the way you set it up..
But it sounds like you are fed-up with MS OS.
Give Lindows a try out or a MAC machine..
Then you may become a happy camper ...maybe.
