Dumping physical memory to disk

Can anyone help me with this repetitive problem. Once I have logged on to my pc and then go into the internet, as Outlook is uploading my pc goes blank and I get the message "driver unloaded without cancelling pending operations. wceusbsh.sys -this driver may be at fault" and my pc then restarts, checking disks etc - takes ages. Usually after that it's OK until I log on a few times later. Please use layman's terms in any responses. I've seen one response to similar problems which talks about making virtual memory the same size as the RAM - how do I know what RAM there is on my machine?? I work from home on an unnetworked pc. Any help will be very gratefully received.

The easiest way is to right click on MY COMPUTER on your desktop & go down to properties
(at the very bottom) & left click on it. Then a window will pop up & in the General
tab, it'll tell you the system your running, who it's registered to, the serial number
& Computer information, like motherboard & the amount of RAM you have. I hope this
helps you?

wceusbsh.sys seems to be a Windows CE driver for a USB modem. I'm confused.

I've no idea what it is! It does seem to chuck me out when I am going into Outlook to get emails. I do have alot of emails stored in my inbox and sent items - could this be the problem - is my pc saying it is full up??

I don't think a lot of emails should be a problem unless your disk is full.

Do you have a USB connected modem?

XP is crashing and re-booting. You can disable the auto-reboot and therefore see
the blue screen of death. It might show something that would give someone a clue.
You can also try looking at the Event Log.

To stop the automatic re-boot, do this: Right click on My Computer. Click Properties
> Advanced > Startup and Recovery SETTINGS. Uncheck the box for Automatically restart.

To view the event log: Right click on My Computer. Click Manage > System Tools >
Event Viewer > System.

If you do have a USB modem you might try getting a newer driver from the manufacturer,
or just get a different modem.
