PLANET ISDN halt with 0000001E

I get the same message. Nothing help. New drivers dont help. I just know that it
WILL fail if someone goes thru it to the internet(it goes thru another router than
modem belongs). I've shaped traffic but it still fails. looks like a flood? What
is the matter?
