hi all I used to own a games shop that dabbled in computers. I closed the shop down 4 years ago. I was recently looking through my stuff and I found 3 copies of office 2000 professional. Each copy has had the plastic removed at the top of the box. All the contents seem to be there. My Question is: Is there anyway that I can tell whether these have been used? if they have been can I sell them? thanks

 Peter
If the box has been open it's good bet it's been used ,why eles would the plastic
be cut off, on 3 boxes.
No real way to look at the cd and see if it's been used.
Selling, that's up to you, if you told the buyer that you don't know for sure and
it's sold as is and you have the product code for them why not.
But again that's up to you.
You may want to read the EULA.txt file on all MS programs b/4 you put them up for
sale.
You may want to call MS and see if they have a way to check if someone has registered
them(it) with MS.
If so forget it , if you find out who put them in the mail and say here ya go your
Office CD software for your machine and be done with it.

Just my 2 cents
