Regarding Force
Windows to Remember Window Positions:
Holding the Ctrl key when closing a folder window appears to have a different function
in Windows 2000 Pro. On my version, at least, it resets all the folders on the computer
to match the display properties of the folder being closed. I don't know if it's
supposed to do that, but that's what it does.
