Question about 'What to Throw Away'

I have a question about What
to Throw Away:
I have a whole bunch of registry entries, in Windows 2000 Pro that refer to missing
file IMGADMIN.OCA and IMGEDIT.OCA. I can find no reference to explain what these
are and if they can be safely deleted.
I'm assuming that IMG might refer to images or an image file, but I'd really like
to understand what these entries refer to and what creates them.
Thanks

Hi Kits,
Since one of the filenames contains the word "admin", I suspect that "IMG" might
refer to disc or drive imaging rather than actual pictures.
Your best and simplest option is to download and instal a freeware registry cleaner.
EasyClean 2.0 is a very effective, safe and reliable product. This will automatically
identify and remove irrelevant registry entries for you.

These are descriptor files for the ActiveX objects used for imaging -- Imgedit.ocx
& Imgadmin.ocx. These activex objects are used to open and modify images in Windows.
