I have copied files from my PC onto to CD-R using Nero Burn and now I cannot open my files on this CD-R it keeps comming saying to Please insert a disc into drive F: My PC is an CD-R Rom Meadia Loaded: False Media Type: CD Rom Name: CDWRITTER IDE5224 Manufacturer: (Standard CD Rom drives) Status: OK Transfer Rate: Not Available Could you please help me?

You may not be using a cdr disk ,it may be a cdrw disk.
If that's the case you will need to finalize it.
Nero will finalize a cdr disk if you are using a cdr disk in the DAO mode by default/auto 
finalizing..
Do this download the manual/user guide from Nero it will have may tips to help you 
with burning cd's.
You also view it on line if you want.
Besure to get the right one for the ver. you are running.
At the top of Nero, hit the HELP/then About it will tell what ver. you are using.
It's in the PDF format...Nero dropped the Help file but you can still download it 
if you want but the user guide is best.
