Hi all. I have just installed a canon printer. However when i check my printer properties i saw the last 2 tab is in chinese characters. I check my regional options and the local language used is in english. My windows 2k is also in english. Is there any settings i should change at regional language.

wenbin
Go back and Uninstall the software for the printer and then reinstall it.
Many printers come with more than one language settings.
If you still have the same error after the reinstall goto the Mfg.web site and download
the software from Mfg.site or return the printer and the software to the spot you
got it from and get a new one.
The chance of you getting bit twice is very low.

Good Luck
