Dear, got a bl. screen with above msg. Seeking to disactivate faulty drivers was of no avail, als well using repair with discettes due to missing cab fail of w 2000 sp4. Actions that occured before the problems: about a week ago Encarta 2005 updated some or all of w 2000 (from SP2 to SP4??); used first time Clone CD to clone a word 2000 trainings cd (learn key); PC has a Ricoh burner, Nero burning ROM etc. Right then blue screen showed up. I found Ricoh in devie mangr. with a exclaim sign ( but seemed to work on install actions. Maybe problem is the virtual driver of clone CD. I cannot find Clone CD in the system folder after I deleted it, but it is stil in SYS.32 with all its files - I name-changed the drivers. STILL - blue screen. I remember I had used as well the driver verifier some days ago to check its features. (??)Maybe it turned something on. But if so, why a problem after using Clone CD. Should I delete the Clone CD pgm in safe mode or do I work with the driver verifier manager. Robert
