Scvhost + ad-aware = help

I was surprised when usually moderate list in Events log, no suddenly appears like
the local add section.

This is what the log repeats, again and again: http://tinyurl.com/y92h2l

If I for a moment erase log, instantly the list repeats instantly again.

This what ad-ware finds, but after erasing… it keeps coming back : http://tinyurl.com/ulxr6

Have I accidentally reduced rights to this service with FW?

How do I remedy this?

My best wishes to everyone at Annoyances.org in 2007.

To speed thing up…

I've used hijackthis to see what is really going on.

But this "internat" even after removed, always gets back, much like the highlighted
below data :
http://tinyurl.com/y4ykj7

Is this perhaps default service of Windows or else?

Hi Dex,

Forgive me to say so…

I always consider you as kind and helpful.. but are you sure you replied to the right
section? For I have no idea how does this relates to my question?

You have many people and many questions, perhaps you made an error.

Thank just the same, as always.

Thanks Dex,

Who would now, that AVG is so good? : http://snipurl.com/16oha

I thought full Lava would find then all, but alas, not so.

The only thing remains this : http://snipurl.com/16ogs

How do I know now, which one is camouflaged?

Also, tried both from the Task and services, but I just can't close those services?
Both in safe or normal mode.

Download the FREE Service Controller software it will let you take control of your PC. -------------------------------- Service Controller XP 2.2.61 it's free stuff Service Controller XP is a handy interface that allows you to control your Windows (NT/2000/XP) services. You can instantly see which ones are running and view detailed information about all the standard Windows services. In addition, the program provides information that lets you decide whether to enable or disable a service. It prevents you from accidentally disabling critical operating system services and suggest whether to disable a service or not based on the use of your computer (e.g. Default, Gaming, Internet Gateway etc.) http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4313.html Plus read this web page Besure to click on ea. item it will tell you all about what it's for and sometimews how much ram it pulls. http://www.blackviper.com/WIN2K/servicecfg.htm OR http://web.archive.org/web/20040210040410/www.blackviper.com/WIN2K/servicecfg.htm

Hope I will not burn your patience for today.
Have mercy on me just this little ;)

Tried your program, but I can't find this service inside. Just general list of services
and nothing.

Just one fast question. I'm now really overdue to make a fresh new W2K. Provided
that I erase all OS/Program files, and make fresh new W2K SP4.
Would that make safe bet to get rid of this?

Thanks

Some times it's hard to clean up win2k. :) Try this put a 2nd copy of win2k on the machine in a folder called c:\winnt2 then move JUST YOUR Data over to the new copy, when it up and runing right download ERUNT and install ZoneAlarm / AVG and use the ERUNT B/4 you install any new hardware or software and B/4 you go on the NET and run it all the time. The ERUNT will save your butt many times like it as mind.
